Every month, all players have the opportunity to become a part of Poptropica history! Join the monthly costume contests for the chance to win! One lucky winner will have their costume design recreated in-game and offered to all players for free – no membership needed. Could you imagine sharing your costume ideas with millions of players in the Pop community?! You could be this month's winner! ?

 

 

April’s costume contest will last through Monday, April 25^th at 8pm PST (9pm MST, 10pm CST, 11pm EST). Draw your outfit ideas and send them our way through the submissions page!

 

To enter, first brainstorm ideas for your costume. Costumes should be original, reproducible and age appropriate. There is a 3 entry maximum per month. You’re also more than welcome to resubmit past design submissions that you're proud of or come up with new outfit ideas for each contest!

 

Keep these tips in mind as you’re designing your outfit:

 

• Get creative! Look for inspiration in your favorite looks that you can put your own spin on! From TV/film, your personal wishlist outfits, career uniforms, and celebrity sightings, you can design just about anything.
• While designing your entry, be sure it can be recreated as a Poptropica costume. Avoid using blurry pictures or tiny details would be hard to reproduce.
• Avoid submitting outfits created with costumes that are already in your inventory.
• Costumes may also include accessories and special powers!

 

Once you have your outfit ideas, the next step is to draw them out! You can do this on paper or go the digital route to show off your designs.  Don’t worry about comparing yourself to the rest of the community. Differences in art skills will not affect your likelihood of being chosen. Go all out with it! The Team loves seeing your imagination and creativity! ?

 

Once you’ve finished drawing your outfit designs, the final step is to share them with us! Enter your costume designs and Poptropican’s name through the submissions page one at a time (attaching multiple files at once can prevent your designs from being included). After submitting images or PDF’s of your outfit drawings, share them on Instagram too! Include the #MyPoptropicaCostume and #Poptropica hashtags and be sure to tag us @poptropicacreators.
